I sent a DAT file of an existing part (minifig head) to the PTAdmin to upload this file to the Part Tracker. I just added a Bricklink reference.
I received a message during the verification process that just adding a Bricklink reference is not enough to republish this part.
From my point of view, a Bricklink reference is very helpful. I found more minifig heads that need a Bricklink reference.
What is the statement from the community, is it okay or is that not enough to republish a part?

There is an image of the LDraw model, so I thought it would be in the library. But I searched every relevant key word I could think of and I can't find it. Was it removed or something? Thanks for any help!

I installed the latest ‘Complete’ library (Parts update 2020-03) and was looking for the following piece:

But can’t find it back in the ‘MLCad – Other Parts\B’ folder, so I guess it’s not yet available in the official library or even not in the Non official parts list on LDraw.org.
Question is, if I want to create this part how should this part be named?

It’s a part that I use for my train wagons in use with the sealed magnet.
So far it’s the only use I found to use this ‘bar / pin’, because the bottom ‘ring’ is too small for a tight fit between 4 studs like you can do with an antenna.
