Callout point arrows different between loading |

Hi Trevor,
When I add an arrow or when LPub3D does that when converting a submodel to to a callout and I drag the point to the place I want it to be, the arrow often changes between loading the same file.
It seems it occurs when I place the callout relative to the page, stepgroup or partslist.
Once in the correct postition, it renders correct.
Closing (and editing) the LDraw file and loading seems to mess things up.
Any idea what's happening?

I have been trying to duplicate Lego set 75038, Anakin's Jedi Interceptor in LDRaw. I am at the step where you need to put in the two "springshooters". Only I haven't the slightest clue if they exist in LDraw. They are LEGO part number 6048898, bricklink part number 15301c01. Can someone tell me if they can be found in LDRaw and where?

When I recently recycled parts of an already official part I really did not check the dimensions or compatibility with the grid/studs.
I think we should collect them in a thread for a correction if the immediate attention is not possible.
