Stud orientation and mirrored studs are not addressed.

IMHO concerning the part naming when it comes to dimensions, e.g. if it is 2 plates high, it will be .667, this was change in the past from 2/3 to this, I think it should be added and also how many decimals shall there be in the description (3).

Also:
anything Bricklike: Studs x Studs x Bricks
anything Technic looking: Studs x Studs x Studs

Where is the orientation of a part taken care of?

Code:
where a line is being used for fine detail within a pattern and that pattern is re-used within many parts (and hence sub-parted) in different colours (for example, sub-part s/973p11a.dat)

We do no longer use emphasis lines. Should be deleted.

This has already been deleted in the draft.

Extension

All files in the LDraw Parts Library are required to carry the .DAT extension.

.DAT has to be substituted by .dat. Otherwise the whole discussion will start over again at the next revision.

The draft has been changed. You're still looking at the original.

should be deleted or updated.

This will be it's own document. I'd like it to be separate from the spec to have be more easily editing.

Sticker 3.1 x 3.1 Round

Not sure what you mean. Same rules apply, correct?

(2020-07-02, 11:08)Willy Tschager Wrote: [ -> ]Furthermore this information should be mirrored to https://www.ldraw.org/article/339.html

This article will be cancelled and archived once the draft is ratified.

Correct. Just showing that nothing change with a decimal.

Then the "blank" rule should be mirrored to https://www.ldraw.org/article/512draft.h...icker_desc

An example has been added to the header spec.

Hmm. Header spec or Official Library spec?

(2020-07-02, 13:19)Gerald Lasser Wrote: [ -> ]Where is the orientation of a part taken care of?

Nowhere. Origin and orientation could be a document in and of itself.

I added some verbiage here:
https://www.ldraw.org/article/512draft.html#origin
I think it's better to write in general terms and let the individual cases be sorted out on the PT but I'm open to rewrite suggestions.
