Part Request: Legend o Zelda Link Hat & Harry Potter Magic Effect

Hello,
I am a bit new to this forum but I've looked at all the proper sources and cannot find 105005pb01 / Minifigure, Hair Combo, Hair with Hat, Short with Bangs and Center Part with Molded Bright Green Slouchy Hat and Light Nougat Pointed Ears Pattern. Note that this item is tri-molded between Light Nougat, Bright Green, and (the color it is listed as) Bright Light Orange.

I am also looking for the magic effects from 76415 The Battle of Hogwarts; specifically part 3473d / Magic Spell, Shield Splat. If this is important, this is one of those modern "pack of 6" pieces included in its own bag. This is an interesting part as it's kind of "bowl" shaped; the circle you see facing toward the camera in the Bricklink photo is actually an anti-stud, with a regular stud on the opposite side.

ANY help on these would be greatly appreciated. I do not know if these parts (particularly the hat) are really difficult to make because of the tri-color nature.

Most parts from 2023 or newer can be extracted from Lego Builder if they have 3D instructions.

Lego Builder? Is there a good link to / more info about this? I'm getting a lot of differing results because of its nondescript name. I'd love to be able to search through this for parts without having to bother anyone on here.
