cavity is 5.25 LDU, stringhole seems 3.75 LDU (difficult to measure, possibly 4 LDU).

I have some coherency problems between the measurements you added and the overal shape on the photos. Mainly the overall length seems a bit longer than 80ldu (or the hook is narrower than 24ldu). Could you confirm the length before I flesh out the hook? Attached the part so far, with just the outline of the hook, total length=84ldu.

Philo, you're right. The overall length is 82.75ldu, and the hight of the hook element is 22.75ldu instead of 24. That happens when measuring against another brick, and not with a caliper :-(
