Hi there.

I noticed that the plate 1x2 with Door rail and plate 1x8 with Door rail. Has not the same thickness on rail.

I just tried this in LDcad and they look perfectly fine here. No problems whatsoever...

Both are perfectly aligned here too. But if you look at 32028.dat you see "0 !HISTORY 2009-01-02 [anathema] Corrected dimensions of tongue, optimised a bit", so... are you sure that your library is fully up to date?
