Hi there.
I noticed that the plate 1x2 with Door rail and plate 1x8 with Door rail. Has not the same thickness on rail.

I just tried this in LDcad and they look perfectly fine here. No problems whatsoever...

But if you look at 32028.dat you see "0 !HISTORY 2009-01-02 [anathema] Corrected dimensions of tongue, optimised a bit", so... are you sure that your library is fully up to date?
