[Complete] Missing parts from set 30167 - Iron Man vs. Fighting Drone

Two physical parts are missing, 10907 Helmet No. 5 and 10908 Visor Nr. 1 (the Iron Man helmet and visor). Both are in LDD as part of the Extended theme. If desired, I can try to get them in a rough DAT format. Note that the visor has a few different color schemes. Eye color and face color both differ from the base color of the piece and are both different from each other. BrickLink separates these into http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=10908pb01, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=10908pb02 and http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=10908pb03.

There are also some patterns missing. The minifig head has different Tony Stark faces on both sides (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626cpb705), and there is a torso pattern (printed both sides, http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=973pb1106c01) and a legs pattern (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=970c00pb154). I can attempt to provide scans for these if needed.

I've extracted the geometry for 10907 and 10908 from LDD and am attaching them. I'm not sure what work will be needed to bring them up to snuff, though I'm willing to learn if anyone has any information on the process required.

This looks like a fun challange. I'll start working on them all. Good pictures is allways appreciated.
As the author of many super hero related part before, I already had my eye on these parts. Give me some time though. The helmet has some issues to investigate first. The visor doesn't seem to fit the helmet properly.

Where do you want the origin to be?
In the rotationpoint of the visor, or the same as in the helmet, to allow an easy mounting?

How should we describe these suits?
The one in lego set 30167 is known as Mark VI, and there seems to be many more.

I know of at least eight different minifigs, six DkRed suits, one grey/silver and one red/white/blue.

Thanks for the pictures, Philo. Do you have equally good pictures of the Mark III suit, the first with red/gold pattern and a round arc reactor?
Which lego set has that suit?

During the making of the first suit I also found some extremly good renderings here and here.

Is there a way to "translate" them to ldraw? How are they made? Texture mapping? How do I get permission to use them?
