i think yes... i try several time to understand the problem...but i receive error on the s/1410s02 that should be the second png..

i have the raw file with decal that works... but i would understand if i made some error.

If you downloaded files after PartDesigner complained about them, you need to quit and restart PD.  It’s because PartDesigner caches the contents of folders it has already opened: it didn’t found the file there, so it won’t look again in this session.
