Those 2 bricks belong to the three-Headed Dog from an old lego Harry Potter set, I couldn't find the set in the 3d catalogue neither in the instruction app

Hello, I have these parts, and already opened them...
The lower part of 40245c01 is https://library.ldraw.org/official/4611 which already exists (even with the right keywords...),
Is this Author (angmarec) still here?

I dont have a 3D-Scanner, but I can ask some people...

Looks like that model is in Lego Harry Potter  Years 1-4, check the video at minute 0:50. Maybe it can be ripped from there?

That is a good hint, if somebody officially has this game, a peek at the Unity data would be worthwhile.

WIkipedia states that it should be available for Android as well, but I cannot find it in the play store.

I have it as a PC game. I'll try to find time if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Attached is the OBJ files for Fluffy. Obj2Dat is throwing an error on convert but maybe someone else will have luck.

Note: Since these are from a non-LEGO owned commercial product they are not allowed to be used for official parts or be submitted to the Parts Tracker.

It worked after an import/export in Blender... Also scaled, based on fluffy back stud distance, but seems a bit off.

Should I still get a 3D-Scan? Found someone who would do it...
(I think that would be an own work and could be uploaded.)

That's fine. We're already treading on shaky ground using LDD and Builder but I allow it since those are official LEGO products and we have an established relationship with LEGO. TT games, on the other hand, are licensed products and those objects are the property of TT who we have no working relationship with.

Hello, finally got the 3D-scan results back:
https://cloud.hs-augsburg.de/s/yXEyEjdLHsoqfbm
as .stl and 3mf (maybe a bit too detailed but that should be fixable...)

Hello, imported them to LDraw-Specs and tried to reduce the triangles a bit...

still lots of work to do: rotating, scaling, subparting and cleaning.
I dont want to keep authorship, i'm ok with having a HISTORY line.

When I get the parts back from scanning I'll post the mould numbers.

As Rene stated the parts I uploaded and Philo cleaned cannot be used for the library. They come from a non-LEGO source.

Hello: are there a "list" of allowed (LEGO source) software (Windows, Mac os, ios, Android, etc) game to wich everybody can extract their data and be autorized their submission?

There is no formal list. We do have a long standing informal agreement with LEGO to use their assets on occasion. Therefore, in general, your original work is the overwhelmingly preferred source with manually processed geometry assets from a LEGO authored source (LDD, Unity Microgame, etc.) being used if needed due to complexity. Licensed LEGO game assets from TT or other publishers are strictly not allowed as sources for geometry.
