Sticker Shortcut Description

I'd like to add the following to the Sticker Shortcuts section of the library spec

The description for sticker shortcuts should be in the following format:
<base part description> with <sticker description> Sticker

Where:
<base part description> is the base part description verbatim
<sticker description> is the sticker description after "Sticker <dimensions>|<shape>"

Example:
Base Part 11477: Slope Brick Curved 2 x 1
Sticker 6142622m: Sticker 1.9 x 0.8 with Black Headlamp on Yellow Background Right
Sticker Shortcut: Slope Brick Curved 2 x 1 with Black Headlamp on Yellow Background Right Sticker
