I looked through the first block of pages you mentioned and found there minor correction suggestions:

(a)
on page https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/pthist2.cgi?h=10&i=15 there is probably a UTF-8 coding error at the bottom:

on this page https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/tracker/submit.cgi the "Browse" button is not styled
and does not match the other ones at the bottom:

on https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/tracker/review.cgi there are 3x stray ">>" visible:

a) Fixed

b) The file input tag is special. This may not be fixable for now

c) This is a bug that has probably existed since the PT was released. Since you'll (probably) never access this page with out a file specified, nobody ever noticed. Fixed.

b) I've implemented a workaround. I tested on my browsers and on the live server and both worked but would like more input. May require you to do a ctrl-shift-R to refresh cached assets.

but I currently cannot properly sort it like the others:

would it be possible to apply the new sortable table style to it?

PTScan hasn't been updated at all. It's on the list though??
