I'd try to do these myself but my time to work on these things is very limited. Anyway:

Hi Orion

I would try this one:
87079pr0012 Tile 2 x 4 with Brickheadz Seasonal Calendar print

Where can I get a picture from the front side?
If nothing goes right, go left.

Should be good enough... (Photoshoped from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xLQ5bC-nsRk )

I would have a try with the flower if I had the part (or many photos...)

87079pr0012 Tile 2 x 4 with Brickheadz Seasonal Calendar print

Where can I get a picture from the front side?

You can take 87079pz1 as an example, there is already a sub part for the Brickheadz logo on the left.

Also, as I’m working on all Brickheadz parts, I can do it myself if you prefer, just let me know.

I have got the flower, I can get you some photos. I thought I have seen it on digital bricks, but I can't find it now...

Thanks for the photos. One thing not totally clear from them: what's the sequence of petal height? Is there a left-right symmetry somewhere?

There's one petal that stands for itself, Orion did not make a picture of that one.

It is slanted in a way. If this petal faces you, it is slanted upwards from right to left.
Then it continues (clockwise): Low, High, Low, High, Low High.

so three, different petals.

I think, you mean 87079pz0.
This is a very good template.
If you do not care, then I'll do the work.

The part that was created and is currently in the LDraw library is WRONG. The actual (real life) part does not have such high differences between the petals.
Check the official images from Lego:
https://www.lego.com/cdn/product-assets/...182260.jpg
etc.
There are some very subtle height differences between the petals, and some slanting, but this model shows a difference of more than the petal thickness! This makes it unusable because it generates collisions where in real life none exist.

Problem is that I have no better reference and I don't want to modify it for a result that could prove wrong too... Maybe you could turn off collision detection on this one?

Hey guys,
thanks a lot for your work on 32606. The new shape looks perfect on that page: https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/5830
However, when I download it, the file is still the old version. I've tried to contact an admin, but I haven't received an answer in more than 3 weeks. Can someone confirm if the version being downloaded is just the old version of the part? Thanks a lot Smile

No need to download it, it is an official part of Update 2024-05. If you've got the latest version of the library on your disc:

https://library.ldraw.org/updates?latest

it is part of it.

Are you, perchance, using Stud.io? They're library is usually out of sync from the latest release. There are tutorial to import the updated part, please search the forum.

I downloaded the part from the download link, zip link, and from the latest complete.zip, they are identical
I then downloaded the 2018-02 update and compared the part from that file to the one downloaded above and they are different.

This leads me to believe that the file is indeed up to date in our system and there has to be some sort of Stud.io weirdness happening on your end.

The model was updated in 2024-06-30.
I am not using Stud.io here Smile
I am opening the model with LDview. The model from 2024-06-30 is well displayed on the right of the page https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/5830 but I am not getting the same model when downloading it, I am getting the model from 2021-04-10.
I can make a video.

I'm still confused. There's definitely something weird going on. Maybe a video would help me spot where the problem is.

My hunch is that you still have the old subparts in your library (32606s01 and 32606s02), so when you download the new model, it is referencing the old subparts. Is it better if you use the "Download zip file" button instead?

N. W. Perry hit the nail on the head. What's happening is that LDView is reusing the old subparts it previously download. I recommend you clear out the folder that LDView stores unofficial parts (the path is in the preferences).

That said, this part is now official. I recommend you do what I do and download the latest complete.zip, delete your old library, and unzip complete into it's place.
