help finding ldraw for element number 23989, dragon wing 13x8

the digital image is on RB because it found an alternative digital source...

scroll down to 1/3 to find 23989.dat ( WING W/4.85 HOLE NO.2), and download it
then you have a coarse, but usable model...
to get it on the LDraw Parts Tracker, it needs some work (checking origin/orientation, subfiling, using prims for the pin connection)

thanks for the help! i was able to add some crude connection points and get it working for me!
