Software license of TXT2DAT is not compatible with LDPC

What’s your take on this? Are you still actively using TXT2DAT or GUITx2d? Would you be interested in seeing it integrated with LDPC? Do you think I should move forward with the project? I really appreciate your effort to put it into LDPC!
Its very nice to have this included in a future release, but remember that your code will be open source too, as a contributor of this project.
There is a bigger legal caveat to it: txt2dat is published under the GNU GPL 2.0 license. Including the original txt2dat would change the license of LDPC from MIT to GPL. I don't want to do this (its also the reason I completely re-wrote txt2dat for LDPE in Java).
