Direct colors are explicitly allowed in patterns and stickers, so even if there aren't any matches in LDConfig.ldr, you are free to use an exact RGB color. The LDraw color code for your preferred color would be 0x237A1E8.

Note also that we don't want to add colors that only show up in patterns to LDConfig.ldr.
