Minor bug: SyncEdit does not enframe !LPE VERTEX anymore.

With the release of 0.8.30, a little bug was introduced. SyncEdit does not enframe the coordinates of the !LPE VERTEX meta command anymore.
I'll fix this cosmetic issue with release 0.8.31.
