LDraw.org 2026-09 Parts Update Now Available

The 2026-09 LDraw Parts Update has been released. This update adds 161 new files to the core library, including 121 new parts and 9 new primitives. As of this update, the LDraw.org Parts Library contains 17164 unique shapes or patterned parts.

Thanks are due to all the part authors who created or corrected parts for this release. The small, but dedicated, band of reviewers also play an important role in keeping files moving through the Parts Tracker and deserve just as much credit. This update wouldn't have been possible without their dedication and attention to detail.

Note: The Windows installer will be delayed. I will post an update to this thread when it is available.

Due to limitations on my end, I am unable to make the Windows installer with my current computer. Unless I have time to figure out a workaround, this will be the case for the 2026-10 and 2026-11 updates as well.

I'm on an extended work trip and, due to an oversight on my part, the file used to generate the setup is back home.  

That said, I just found an outdated copy of that file in my cloud drive and I'm pretty sure I can update it to work.

The windows installer is now available.

Note: I generated this via a Docker image on Ubuntu Linux. I had one of the team test it and it seems to run fine but if you encounter any quirks, please post them here.
