I would like to see the part with design number 65700 and elementnumber 6289379 to be added.
I've searched on LDRAW : https://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptscan.cgi...scope=file first and didn't find it yet.
Some details:
Colors: Light Aqua (33), Reddish Brown (18)
Name given by LEGO: DESIGN PLATE 2X2, W/1.5 HOLE
Name given by BrickLink: Frosting for 2 x 2 Cake
Name given by Rebrickable: Plate Special Round 2 x 2 with Melting Drops on Sides

Functional details: - a 4032 and a 3941 fit inside
- top hole is equal size and position as a 15535
- the "drops" have 2 different sizes, they are placed alternating : total 8 drops, 4 of each.
- holes on the side are on all 4 large drops and are equal the LEGO Friends attribute holes, for example like on the head of 66356 (The Lego Friends dog)
- the part is included in several sets, for example in set 41401-1.

Note
Except for the orientation of the LEGO name on the studs the part is 90°-rotation-symmetric (with the hole as center).

Reason for asking
I found a way to make them work as gears in a reliable manner (with the real pieces) and want to make use of that feature in my digital builds (stud.io), so I can share it with other people. So when implementing this part: the boundaries are important, so it can be put together like in the pictures (and they can push each other).
I also use them shifted so in the same orientation as in the photo, but then one shifted to the side, so that the sides interconnect, so it's important that the digital version can be driven in that way too.

From a post over at Stud.io, the six centre pinholes are rotated by 90 dregrees.
So the correct code for the interior is

What should we do with it? Create a "b" file?
The original file might have pins or axles in place that won't fit any longer if we change it.

Hey, everyone. I’m currently working on a Powerpuff Girls product idea for LEGO Ideas, except it’ll be solely based on the original 1998 TV series.
However, I’m looking for someone who can help me with replacing the face printing on Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup’s head pieces with custom 1998-style face prints.

I'm working on a part database that contains various metadata collected from the official LDraw library files and am having troubles with applying the file naming conventions. Specifically, some parts in the library have names that do not seem to conform to the part number spec.
For example, the library has parts 003497g and 003497h, but the spec states that the part variants should be sequenced chronologically starting with the variant 'a', which is obviously not the case for this part. The same is true for some other parts, too.
Next, there are parts 10715pNN, which, according to the spec, should be patterned versions of part 10715, but in fact these are not even patterned parts in the first place, and also the library contains no part 10715. Again, the same is true for some other parts in the library.
Similarly, there are parts 25866c01 and 25866c02, which, according to the spec, should be shortcut assemblies of part 25866 that doesn't exist. And once again, the same is true for other parts as well.
Overall, I stumbled upon 65 questionable cases. Not too many, I know, but some of them are related to parts added to the library in the latest update, which might indicate that there is a problem that could affect future updates, too.
Am I missing something in the spec document or not all library file names are actually strictly following the spec rules?
