Does anyone know where this comes from? I think I got this from buying loose lego pieces more than 10 or more years ago, but I am not sure. It looks very similar to part 18855, but it looks different. I have looked on rebrickable and studio 2.0, but I am not able to find it.

Is there any popular sites were you can download models and upload your own models to? Kinda like how nexusmods.com is a popular site for video game mods which users upload and share and others can download.

What is the difference between MPD and LDR files? It will seem all the files from the LDraw Official Model Repository are MPD files.

And is there a way to convert MPD files to LDR files? It is possible to convert a LDR to a MPD file in LeoCAD but not the other way around.

Does the Standards Board have an opinion on the discussion about non-binary fractional circular primitives happening here.

Personally, I don't have a problem with 3-16ringNN primitives.

I am converting my LXF Lego Digital Designer models into LDR files using LeoCAD. Once they are converted into LDR files the building instructions do not get copied over. Lego Digital Designer had automatic generated building instructions for their kits, but LDR files have manual designed building instructions which need to be made by the user.

Is there a way to automatically generating building instructions for LDR files or an easy way to create building instruction for big models which many pieces?

I have another request for a part that is not available on LDraw.

It's the minifigure hairpiece with pointed ears, which is commonly used in elf minifigures.

Oh, and I would prefer the pointed ears to be recolorable because I need to color the black-haired version with red ears for a LEGO Ideas project. You could even add alternate versions of each file with recolorable hair as well, if that idea sounds good.

I am converting the LXF models I have into LDR files since it will seem LeoCAD is going to be around for awhile. But some of my converted files do not show all the bricks and instead show these color cube things that are not LEGO bricks but are cubes.



Do I need to do anything else to fix this and just wait for a future version of LeoCAD to add these missing bricks to LeoCAD, or do I need to do something to ensure bricks are not missing during the covering from LXF to LDR process?
