Obsolete Categories

Since we decided in the above thread to obsolete the single word Minifig category, I'd like to also obsolete following categories:
Forklift => use Vehicle
Lever => no replacement (or maybe Hinge)
POV-Ray => no replacement
Grab => no replacement

None of the above have any current usage, official or unofficial.

I also notice a bug in the documentation that is pulling the wrong file for the Category listing.  For a current listing use the following:

Winch to Crane?
Exhaust to Vehicle?
Tractor to Vehicle?
Trailer to Vehicle?

I was going for the low hanging fruit of categories with no usage and no real future usage.

Winch to Crane?

Not a fan. Winches have use outside of cranes.

Exhaust to Vehicle?
Tractor to Vehicle?
Trailer to Vehicle?

All viable but should be emptied first (which is a total of 18 parts not overly time consuming).
