filter for inactive authors

Is there a way to search for parts/subparts that have had a hold vote for more than 3 months?

Can the results be filtered to include only such part authors that haven't logged on in the last 3 months?

didnt find a way to search for old holds, but you can search the user list for activity:
https://library.ldraw.org/users
and in the parts list, you can filter by user, vote status (hold) and more...
old holds can also be found in the "weekly new parts" tab (which is by default sorted by oldest first)
