Duplo brick runner assembly

The brick runners (e.g.  31202c04) are assemblies consisting of one base, four wheels, and two axles.

The base has 31202 embossed onto it and 5436 printed with black ink.
Each wheel has 31204 embossed on it.
The metal axles have no visible part numbers.

What is the part number for the chassis/base to be used in LDraw?
What is the assembly number to be used in LDRaw?
Shall the c01... follow the same logic as in BrickLink?
What u number can I use for the metal axles and which color would I make it?

Is there any special way to mark these parts as members of assemblies/shortcuts so that they do not get used outside any assembly?

DUPLO Parts are referenced since LDD 2.3 (Part: 23065, Ball 52mm), meaning that most likely LEGO internally has digital versions of most of their parts since a long time. Other DUPLO parts which are referenced are 71956 (DUPLO BRICKRUNNER, AXLE - which is part of an Assembly I guess), 95109 (LIPSTICK, CORE - also part of an Assembly I think) and 10888 (DUPLO TURN BRICK 2X2)

31202 is the design ID for the chassis. No idea what the printed number means.

Is there any special way to mark these parts as members of assemblies/shortcuts so that they do not get used outside any assembly?

Put a "~" before the name. This makes the relevant part invisible for parts bins etc.

The axle is 71956. Use colour 494, "Electric_Contact_Alloy" (in the wheel+axle assy)

The wheel+axle assy would be 71956c01

Use a ~ in the descriptions of all parts except the full assy 76139

because the axle is always metal, you could hardcode the axle and leave the wheels in col16. (no need for each color)
then make one fully col16 car base assembly and one for each wheel color. (base always col16)
