Duplo brick runner assembly

The brick runners (e.g.  31202c04) are assemblies consisting of one base, four wheels, and two axles.

The base has 31202 embossed onto it and 5436 printed with black ink.
Each wheel has 31204 embossed on it.
The metal axles have no visible part numbers.

What is the part number for the chassis/base to be used in LDraw?
What is the assembly number to be used in LDRaw?
Shall the c01... follow the same logic as in BrickLink?
What u number can I use for the metal axles and which color would I make it?

Is there any special way to mark these parts as members of assemblies/shortcuts so that they do not get used outside any assembly?

DUPLO Parts are referenced since LDD 2.3 (Part: 23065, Ball 52mm), meaning that most likely LEGO internally has digital versions of most of their parts since a long time. Other DUPLO parts which are referenced are 71956 (DUPLO BRICKRUNNER, AXLE - which is part of an Assembly I guess), 95109 (LIPSTICK, CORE - also part of an Assembly I think) and 10888 (DUPLO TURN BRICK 2X2)

31202 is the design ID for the chassis. No idea what the printed number means.

Is there any special way to mark these parts as members of assemblies/shortcuts so that they do not get used outside any assembly?

Put a "~" before the name. This makes the relevant part invisible for parts bins etc.

The wheel+axle assy would be 71956c01

It is more complicated. There are 6 wheel colors and one of them have a pattern on the wheels.
The base/chassis has a pattern in two out of six cases.

All single parts (Axle, Wheel, Base) are color 16.
axle and wheels should be in an axle+wheels shortcut (1 axle hardcoded 494 and 2 wheels col16)
the car base shortcuts could be just col16 base and 2 colored axle shortcuts.

are there two wheel types? 31202c03pb01/31202c03pr0001 looks like its mixed: wide wheels with print and normal thin wheels...

Are patterns parts or shortcuts? can be both, the pattern itself goes onto a single part, that patterned part can then be in a shortcut. there shouldnt be manually drawn patterns in shortcuts.

Will the wheels be standard res or hi-res? should be possible to use prims...

I'll read over rest here in a bit but one thing stood out on a skim through:
Physical_Colour is depreciated. The PT will reject your part if you use it.

First of all. "Physical_Colour" is an abandoned branch of files we don't want.

Here is how I think it should be made:
Three parts; Body, Axle, Wheel (with some variants), All should be made uncoloured.

Axle.

This axle will be the base for a number of different assys (shortcut), where the axle is used coloured 494
-c01, thin wheels, no pattern
-c02, thick wheels, no pattern
-c03, thin, or thick wheels with pattern A
-c04, thin, or thick wheels with pattern B

-p01, Are there any thin wheels with a pattern?

We need to know 3 things:

• Partnumber for the thick wheel

76139 is an assembly number. It's not possible to add a -c01 suffix to it.
(it would be like saying "CD-disc", a "compact disc-disc" )

92587 is a "Wheel  Ø17". Could be the right one.
95118 is "BRICKRUNNER W. 2 Ø17 WHEELS"
95485 is "BRICKRUNNER W. 4 Ø17 WHEELS"

Black wheels on a black body should use the uncoloured assy.
