[LDPatternCreator] Release 1.7.4 (marquee selection)

Hey,

this release implements two wishes from Philo regarding the marquee selection.

Download and install the latest LDPatternCreator release directly from sourceforge.net.
Any previous version should be uninstalled first. Your program configuration will be preserved.

Change log:

New features:

• Ctrl+marquee only adds objects to the selection.
  
• No vertex is created in triangle creation mode when you miss a vertex with the marquee.
  

As always, I included a short readme.htm in the installation directory.
