Advisory: Automatic download of parts by 3rd party programs may be broken

Due to ongoing site upgrades requiring all connections be over SSL, automatic parts downloads by LDview and other 3rd party programs may be broken. Once a workaround to allow non-SSL connections is implemented, I will post a follow up here.
