article/<number> URLs

There are a lot of pages on the main site that still use the article/<number> paradigm. I plan on transitioning away from this (with appropriate redirects added to the .htaccess file) to more descriptive URLs. This will set the stage for us to have a documentation specific SY theme on the main site.
