Administrative errors in specs
"LDraw Specification" at https://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/ref/ points to "Documentation" Either Specification or Documentation should be renamed.
https://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/ref/reviewinfo/ should be integrated into the stub at https://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/ref/reviewfaq/ (and the page should be sanded).

As you may have noticed, the PT Reference section is now removed and all its content moved to the newly renamed "Documentation" menu.

https://www.ldraw.org/ptfaq.html needs sanding.
* "Parts Tracker FAQ" should be removed as it is already in the title.
* All the -CS, -CS & SB, -FWC 2002-4-5 should be deleted.
* "Eventually, it will also be the place to request certain parts be made for LDraw." never happened a link to the forum should be made
* "Available folders are:" Texture is missing and make sure this is ironed out: https://forums.ldraw.org/thread-24107.html
* "Never replace a part that's not your own part (unless you've got permission from the author)!" is no longer true. We have special polices in place: https://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/ref/policy/
* "How do I post a review?" should point to https://www.ldraw.org/reviewfaq.html or be integrated
* "When will the parts be released?" A "few months" to "a couple of years" would be a fairer answer
* Care about branding is up to you

I just copy and pasted what was there. I'll be polishing it over the next week or so.
