I don't believe so. There's no LDraw entry on my cross reference sheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1i1tU6rGaUpHeS_AbS50LBvWJ3ekztAm5pjx7uD3PfXw/edit?usp=sharing
The "Torso Lookup" sheet is what I use to generate the PBG cross ref data for torsos. It's (just about) every torso in Rebrickable's database. If there's no entry under "LDraw Torso" then it doesn't exist in the library (yet).

Right. I thougt so too, because I couldn't find it using keywords or description in the unoffical files search.
Then I will use texturemapping for now.

For that, I am looking for a better picture or scan from the print. Does anyone have this part and can take a picture or scan?

Maybe someone is willing to make it in LDraw? ;-)
I'd try myself, but I still do not have the skills to do it in LDPE.

Ulrich pointed out that this part has DOUBLE-SIDED print, and I've confirmed.
Thanks Ulrich.

I'll create the back side pattern and update it.
Please excuse me for your inconvenience.
