creat new parts need help

I come from China
NOW i want creat some duplo building instructions,
but i can't find the 45002set parts.
so i want to creat the parts, Unfortunately, my English is very poor，Can't read tutorials in the forum
Who can help me learn how to make？
btw，i have some parts 3d file，but i don't know how to convert to ldraw .if someone need,can email me linghan512500[at]gmail[dot]com

Welcome here! Please understand that communication get's really hard if your English is not enough to read some tutorials in the first place. (Somebody remembering Guy Vivan - hmm, what might happened to that guy?)

If you already have some 3D files you might convert them with STL2DAT:

taking for granted that you modelled them in LDUs and not mm or inches.

Otherwise you can scale the part, either as an afterthought or directly during conversion (1mm=2.5ldu / 1"=63.5 ldu)
