Rotation icon cannot be placed relative to other objects on a single step page

Hi Trevor,

I just noticed the rotation arrow cannot be place relative to another object on a single-step page.
Right clicking the icon does not give you the option to move it.

On a multi-step page when you right-click the rotation arrow you can choose "Move rotation arrow" and place it relative to the Assem, stepnumber and partslist.

Hi Jaco,

As with all single-step page items, you should be able to click-and-drag it to the desired location.

Multi-step page items are not drag-enabled; instead, we have the right-click menu option "Move <item>"
