Calling Mac developers: LDMakeList on Mac

Hi Mac Devs,
In light of this post I was wondering if any of you could compile or package (I'm not sure how it all works, but I gather it's *nix based) LDMakeList for OSX. Maybe someone has done this and I've forgotten
The source code is very standard C++ and shouldn't cause any major pains. Although there might need to be some changes made to the processing of directories. You might also want to make sure it deals with old Mac-style newlines.
If anyone thinks they can help, please contact me about getting the latest source code and any other information.
