On the page LDraw.org Standards: Specifications Main Page are more links "broken":

List of Official META Commands (link should be http://www.ldraw.org/article//401 instead of http://article//401)

Same problem for
LDraw.org Localisation Guideline (link should be http://www.ldraw.org/article//559 instead of http://article//559)

List of Known Unofficial META Commands
