When I run the Batch file, a command line window pops up, spits some text out that I can't read, and then exits. Nothing else happens. Do I need to place the folder in a different location? I'll try editing the batch file to point directly to the *.jar file and see what happens.
I placed mine in the "Documents" folder. The Programs folder didn't work.

I found the issue, and it's that I'm an idiot. I only had the 32-bit Java JRE installed, rather than both the 32 and 64-bit.
