Curious…they appear in only three sets between them, and of those three, one of them (set 21322) contains both parts and is the only set containing the white version. (Looks like a heck of a set, by the way!)

I would probably consider them the same part, unless and until more photos appear that suggest they're actually intended to be distinct. I think the only difference BL is noting is that one has tan shadows and one has grey shadows—which really could just be a factor of the underlying part color.
