Thank you Magnus, now all tires are Rubber_Black.

Indeed the white stripe is printed - unfortunately I could not find the 93589 Curved Tapered 4x2 part with white stripe in the official library or via Part Tracker. Sad  Additionally it has a sticker with Shell and Ferrari logos, so I fixed "known issues".

Something I don't understand: the 93589 is in the official complete.zip file authored by you ("Author: Magnus Forsberg [MagFors]" and "!LDRAW_ORG Part UPDATE 2013-02"), but according to today's Part Tracker web search it is not official. Huh  Am I doing something completely wrong here?
