You might be right here, but that was not my intend as I started the xml files I use for LDFind. Therefore I just used the names I liked and can remember what they are doing.
These files have never been ment to be read by human but xml was very quick in reading and writing the values. Therefore I used that format. LDFind can be used with the parts.xml but it is not needed. If you decide to use parts.xml then parts.xml delivers the data and not the library itself (for searching).
