Interestingly, 21065 appears to be the first use of a diacritic, and 21066 the first use of Cera Pro italic.
(BTW, the professional font package that TLG surely uses allows for variable font weight, which explains why the apparent character thickness* falls somewhere between Medium and Regular. Interestingly, it also shows up particularly in "k" glyph—you can see a slight separation in the two parts of the letterform, which is characteristic of this typeface but isn't readily apparent until you adjust the font weight.)
*I've been approximating this thickness by using the inner outline of a stroked text object—i.e. 48pt Cera Pro Medium with a 1.2px stroke applied, the same color as the tile background. This matches the font weight used on real parts.
