Which number would that be? 30346c0x or 71613bc01? Note that 71613 does include the cover.

At the moment I only plan to do 71613b (Reworked Full Assembly, no Batteries, Slotted Cover) and 71613c (Reworked Full Assembly, no Batteries, Not-Slotted Cover).
Adding the !HELP Line seems like a nice bonus though.

Side Note:
Am I the only one feeling that standardized "non Lego" objects (batteries, screws etc.) shouldn't use u-Numbers but something else?

So I would recommend the same structure
- all parts that form the assembly (upper lower part, screws, LEDs...) may be a u-number
- The battery cover
- Complete part with batteries in the !HELP
