Download the Zip from the tracker.
The Zip has this structure:
You extract the Zip.
You start PartDesigner.
You choose Import 3D model and go the ‘parts’ folder and you choose 5987.dat. PD will find 5987s01.dat on its own.
That’s all for 5987.
For other parts, some primitives (from the p folder) may be needed. In that case, you need to move them to the parts folder before (re)starting PD.
For instance, if when you import 5987.dat, PD say it can’t find 4-4ring9.dat (it won’’t say that! it’s just an example), you move the file from p/48/ to parts and restart PD before trying again.
