The PrimGen2 tool isn't saving hi-res prims correctly.

The editor show a correct header, but the saved file is incorrect.
48-folder is dropped, and the _48 in the Part type is dropped.

   

And why is it allowing the creation of a "truncated" 1-4tndis?
