Official meshes sometimes (or often 
) are like this. If it's too precise, simply round it off. Studs, Pins, etc. should all be remade to exactly fit the LDraw standards.
What's more important is the position of said pins. Can you tell where their center is? Those should probably be "in system". Though for a figure part like this, there is some chance it might be off as well (but should be a somewhat "round" number as well).
