LDCad 1.1 (win+linux)

Hello all,
I've finished the definitive 1.1 version of LDCad.
Mostly bugfixes and some minor improvements over 1.1 beta 1.
Do note, an uninstall of a pre 1.1 version is highly recommended. It isn't necessary for an 1.1 beta 1 upgrade though.
