The second one is the pirate princess and the texture might be available in the Lego Ninjago videogame since it is used for the character Cyren but I don't know if using it may cause some copyright or other issues.
Speaking of pirate girl parts, I found one mini wig part that belongs to DC series, but it could be useful:
