There is a guide for this somewhere in this forum, but I couldn't find it at the moment. Progress on third one so far: The stubbles are bit nasty, because they cause a lot of distortion at the curved sections, but I think I'll get it done soon. As far as I can tell the chrome breastplate for the conquistador leader is missing as well ![]() RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Belic - 2024-12-16 (2024-12-16, 4:14)Chris Böhnke Wrote: Two missing faces? Do you mean this? I was thinking about the one that you have been already drawing. ![]() I am not sure which anchor tattoo pirate's head you are referring to. ![]() Indeed many decorated pirate themed parts are missing, like Conquistador, Pirate Captain, Pirate Girl, Scallywag Pirate from CMF series, or some characters from Pirates of Barracuda Bay set, and most of the Pirates of the Caribbean characters. And great job with that conquistador face! ![]() Chrome breastplate exists in LDD and Studio. And http://www.digital-bricks.de/en/statistic4.php as 71151 BREAST PLATE, METALLIZED RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Mark Kennedy - 2024-12-31 Now that we got some hair for the female pirates it'd be nice if somebody could work on the textures Minifigure, Head Female with Eye Patch and Large Red Lips Pattern - Blocked Open Stud Minifigure, Head Dual Sided Female with Eye Patch, Smile / Angry Mouth with Teeth Pattern - Hollow Stud The second one is the pirate princess and the texture might be available in the Lego Ninjago videogame since it is used for the character Cyren but I don't know if using it may cause some copyright or other issues. RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Orion Pobursky - 2024-12-31 The Lego Ninjago videogame (or any video game for that matter) is not an authorized source for any LDraw parts submitted to the library. That was very complicated. I hope everything is correct. I have the part. Only the feather is white, all the beads are silver, except the two you already have as DkRed. I think the bandana on the forehead could be expanded up and down, be a bit wider. The main issue is the braid on the back. It is missing some details, or they are misplaced. Hard to describe at the PT. I'll try using an image here. The folds in the bandana need to be rotated forward (orange arrow) The braid should be made smooth (green) untill it meets the other part of the braid (blue) going across the braid. (I added some orange surfaces to try to understand what's wrong.) RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Belic - 2025-01-03 If this helps somehow: I can try to take pictures tomorrow under natural light for better sharpness. Great job Lisa for drawing this hair piece! I have some other minifigures and parts that I can take a photo of if someone can make them in LDraw (CMF pirates mostly, Jack Sparrow...) RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Lisa Winter - 2025-01-03 Hello, I used these pictures as a template. This is the best solution I found. The original part on Digital Bricks was very different. There is nothing more I can do - apart from changing the colors. Kind regards, Lisa RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Chris Böhnke - 2025-01-12 3626bpx81 is on the PT. RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Belic - 2025-01-13 All of you did a great job and thank you sooooooooooooooo much! Maybe I should make a list of all the parts that have been already finished, and the ones still pending. RE: Pirate Themed Parts - Belic - 2025-04-05 Hello again! I know that many of the listed parts are made, but there is a parts that became relatively frequent in modern Lego sets, and is very useful for Pirates theme: Minifigure, Hair Combo, Hair with Hat, Long Hair with Ponytail and Molded Black Pirate Tricorne Hat Pattern I think it exists in Lego digital instructions app. Thanks! Edit: I asked Meta AI to provide some help, and this is what it said: Here's a basic LDraw model of the tricorne hat with ponytail hair: 0 // Tricorne Hat with Ponytail 0 Name: 67043.dat 0 Author: [Your Name] 0 Unofficial Model // Hat 1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 hat.dat 1 16 -10 6 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 cone3.dat 1 16 -6 12 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 cone3.dat 1 16 6 12 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 cone3.dat 1 16 10 6 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 cone3.dat // Ponytail 1 16 0 20 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 hair5.dat 1 16 0 24 0 0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0 1 hair5.dat This model uses existing LDraw primitives (hat.dat, cone3.dat, and hair5.dat) to approximate the shape of the tricorne hat and ponytail. You can adjust the positioning and scaling of these primitives to better match the actual part. Please note that this is a simplified representation, and the actual part may have more intricate details. If this is of any help to somebody who is willing to make this model. |
