Now that we got some hair for the female pirates it'd be nice if somebody could work on the textures
Minifigure, Head Female with Eye Patch and Large Red Lips Pattern - Blocked Open Stud
Minifigure, Head Dual Sided Female with Eye Patch, Smile / Angry Mouth with Teeth Pattern - Hollow Stud
The second one is the pirate princess and the texture might be available in the Lego Ninjago videogame since it is used for the character Cyren but I don't know if using it may cause some copyright or other issues.
