[Complete] Couple more part requests

I am using it, but not for this case  I am just pressing the download button on the top left here: https://library.ldraw.org/tracker/5830
Can you confirm that I am not crazy please ahah

I downloaded the part from the download link, zip link, and from the latest complete.zip, they are identical
I then downloaded the 2018-02 update and compared the part from that file to the one downloaded above and they are different.

This leads me to believe that the file is indeed up to date in our system and there has to be some sort of Stud.io weirdness happening on your end.
