LDCad 1.7 Beta 1 (win+linux)

I added snap point selection to 1.7, while selected press the tab key to rotate trough the available snap points (the editing pin will jump to them).

To visualize them press F11, although that's more a developer tool that used to be just available in debug builds 

Good tip F11. Forgot about that one too ;-)
