For this one I suggest that you use MLCad rubber belt generator (Extra->Generators->Rubber belts)

2. --> x1681 Technic Tread with Thirty-Six Ridges, Non-Technic (see unofficial part 53992c01)

The part in NXT set IS 53992. You have three shortcuts availables, 53992c01, 53992c02 and 53992c03. If these standard configurations don't match your design, you'll have to freate your own by aligning elements 53992a and 53992b
