Just noticed this new part:

It's a 2x2 tile with two quarter round cutouts

or if placed at 45 degrees more than how it is placed in the picture I guess you could call it a 2x2 tile with triangular ends and two round cutouts

   

Hi-res on the design of the new 2x2 with cut-outs. Think it should be changed.
